Hi Jesse,

 

This is a great contribution!  I added the lowercase versions of the letter
suffixes for long, float, double, and Big Decimal literals.

Not off hand.  I haven't worked with ABNF enough.  Eric or Pat, do you know?

An early version of the grammar

supporting everything but multiline comments. Any ideas on how we could add
these?
